Every learner brings different strengths, needs and aspirations. Education can make room for them all.
UPersonalize, ULearn brings together schools and education institutions from Spain, Latvia, Portugal and Georgia to explore how personalised learning can become part of everyday practice.
Together, we are developing a shared understanding of personalised learning and practical tools to support its implementation. The project promotes inclusive, evidence-informed teaching, professional learning and collaboration across institutions.
